  PTU Tube used is called "New Years 2015" by Di_Halim and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "New Years 2015" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Jellyka Delicious Cake" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 92%

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the bottom

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the bottom left 

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left under the hat

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the hat

Paste Elem.68 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
