  PTU Tube used is called "My Teddy Bear" By Lady Mieshka which is an Exclusive which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Love Fairy" By Mariel Designs which can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "School Party" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste Your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.23 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Place to the left

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place to the left

Paste Elem.98 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.115 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the right

Paste Elem.112 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 20

Place at the bottom right under the envelope

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
