Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Sweet Heart" By The Hunter which is FREE with a $6.00 purchase HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Sweet Heart" By Joan which is part of the Valentine Collab FREE with a $10.00 purchase HERE  

  Font used is "Petronella Regular" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 10

Use any text of choice I chose One Starry Night which is FTU and write whatever you choose on the letter.

Paste Your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.53 as a new layer

Place under the tubed image layer

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place in the center of the ribbon of the letter

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 115%

Place under the letter to the left

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Elem.52 as a new layer

Image, Mirror

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom right

Use your eraser tool to remove the excess at the right

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 38%

Place at the left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.44 as a new layer

Resize 61%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
