Supplies:
PSP XII
PTU Tube used is called "Dancing" by Andy Cooper and can be purchased HERE
PTU scrap kit used is called "Dancing Collab" by BiBi & Joan and can be purchased HERE
(I am using Joans portion of the collab)
Mask used is mask "8-88" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE
Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new work space 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.28 as a new layer
Apply your mask as desired
Resize 56%
Paste Elem.35 as a new layer
Paste Elem.66 as a new layer
Resize 90%
Place at the bottom
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place at the center
Paste Elem.21 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the top left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.45 as a new layer
Send under everything
Use your eraser tool to remove the excess at the bottom
Paste Elem.71 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the bottom left of the limo
Duplicate
Move to the right
Paste Elem.82 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.84 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.90 as a new layer
Resize 80%
Place at the bottom
Send under everything
Paste Elem.69 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.79 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place at the left
Image, Free rotate, Left 20
Send under everything
Paste Elem.75 as a new layer
Resize 75%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.92 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
