Sweet New Years

Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  FTU Tube used is called "Sweet New Year" by Pandora which is FREE 

with any $5.00 purchase HERE

  FTU scrap kit used is called "Sweet New Year 2015" which is a FREE Collab which you can get FREE with any $10.00 purchase HERE 

(I am using Joans portion of the Collab) 

  Mask used is mask "8-88" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "One Starry Night" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the center

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place under the car layer

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place under the car layer

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place in the center of the black balloons

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the top right corner

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 38%

Place under the window element

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.69 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
