Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Americana" by The Hunter which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Americana" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "Mask 6-44" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "A Charming Font" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 13 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.133 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Grab your selection tool, set Feather to 42

Move the city scape to the right so you can see the left side

Select a small portion with your selection tool, Hit Delete 2 times

Selections,Select None

Move the city scene back so you can see the right side

Repeat the previous step

Selections, Select None

Center the city scape

Grab your selection tool, set Feather to 24

Select the bottom of the city scene

Delete 4 times

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.130 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 8

Place at the bottom right

Use your eraser tool to remove the portion of the city scape that shows under the car

Paste Elem.70 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Send under city scape layer

Image, Mirror

Place at top right

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 14

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom under tubed image and hat layers

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left under hat layer

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom by the hat

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at the bottom by the other flower

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right under car layer

Paste Elem.77 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
