Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Malefica" by The Hunter which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Malefica" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "Mask 56" by Millie and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "A Charming Font" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 2 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Apply the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Line it up with the mask layer

Apply the same mask again

Lower the opasity of this layer to 55 in your layer palette

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the top left

Lower the opasity in your layer palette to 62

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right on the rock

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.49 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.44 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 68%

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
