Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Margaret" By Stan Dudin Artist which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Diva Marilyn" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "8-80" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Biloxi Script" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.49 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

Apply the same mask

Resize this mask layer 96%

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 61%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 3

Paste Paper 8 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Move under the frame layer

While still selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Move under the frame

Resize as needed

Selections, Invert, Delete the tubed image and the paper layer

Selections, Select None

Lower the opasity of the face image to 67 inyour layer palette

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place to the left

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.79 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom of the tubed images feet

Use your eraser tool to remove portion on the feet

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the top right

Apply a light white gradient glow of choice

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Send under everything except mask layers

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 66%

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom of the frame under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Elem.36 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the top center of the frame

Use your eraser tool to remove the baloon portion of this element leaving just the heart

(You will have to make the image bigger to get a good look at what you are removing)

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 25

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom center

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
