Sexy Blue Eyes


Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "Blue Eyes" By Arthur Crowe Coming Soon which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Blue Eyes" By Moonshine Dezinez Coming Soon which can be purchased HERE
  Mask used is mask "008" by Kaffeesanni's Tutorials and can be found HERE
  Font used is "Oogie Boogie" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Paper 3 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Use your selection tool to select the left side of the mask layer with Feather set at 40
Hit Delete 2 x's
Selections, Select None
Complete this step for the top and both sides of the mask layer (This gets rid of the boxy look)
Paste Elem.25 as a new layer
Resize 85%
Place towards the bottom
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the left
Paste Elem.7 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.6 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 25
Place at the left under the tubed image layer
Paste Elem.4 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place at the right under the car layer
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Place at the top
Send under everything except the mask layer
Paste Elem.5 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the bottom left of the car
Paste Elem.17 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 7
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottm left in front of the tires
Paste Elem.26 as a new layer
Resize 32%
Place at the right under the car layer
Paste Elem.3 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 14
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 36%
Image, Flip
Place at the bottom left
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
