Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Dollar Girl" By Roman Zaric which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Dollar Girl" By Kizzed By Kelz which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask #1 used is mask "8-73" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Mask #2 used is mask "6-47" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE  

  Font used is "Five Dollar" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 1 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Resize 95%

Duplicate

Merge the 2 mask layers

Paste Elem.33 as a new layer

Apply our mask of choice

Move on top of other mask layer

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the left side of the wreath

Duplicate the flower 3 X's

Place around the wreath

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the left side of the wreath

Duplicate the flower 3 X's

Place around the wreath

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top right of the wreath under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right under money bag layer

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top left

Duplicate 2X's

Place as desired

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the money bag and case

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
