Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Anni" By Orvokki which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "I Heart U" By Mellie Beans which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "6-42" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Beyond Wonderland" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 10 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Send under word art layer

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right and place under the word art layer

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left under the word art

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Image, Mirror

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 25

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place on top of the O in the word art

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom center

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
