All That Glitters


Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "Fairy Nature" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "All That Glitters" By Farrah which can be purchased HERE  
  Mask used is Mask "7-53" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE
  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 5 as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Resize 76%
Paste Frame 3 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 2 as a new layer
Send under the frame
Resize 24%
While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Duplicate
Send one under the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and bottom tubed image layers
Selections, Select None
Use your eraser tool to remove the bottom of the top tubed image so she appears to come through the frame
Paste Gems as a new layer
Resize 23%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom of the frame
Use your eraser tool to remove the ends
Paste Star 2 as a new layer
Resize 10%
Place to the left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Move to the right
Paste Bow 2 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 17
Place at the top left corner of the frame
Paste Star as a new layer
Resize 14%
Place in the center of the bow
Paste Leaf 1 as a new layer
Resize 12%
Place at the bottom left
Use your eraser tool to remove the excess stem
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Flower 3 as a new layer
Resize 10%
Place at the bottom left
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Flower 5 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Flower 6 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Tag as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place as if hanging from the bow
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
