  PTU Tube used is called "Aneira" By GraphFreaks which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "New Years Party" By Kizzed By Kels and can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.112 as a new layer

Resize 80%

Tick the inside with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper layer

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 52%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Send under everything

Place to the left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 69%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place on the chair

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the top left corner of the frame

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left under the purse layer

Place at the top left side

Send under everything

Duplicate

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
