Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Tube 104-1" by Deacon Black and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "ScrapTP_IB-DeaconBlack-104-1" and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "7-59" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Respective 2.0" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Apply your mask as desired

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 93%

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the top center of the wreath

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom left behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right behind the milk

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Use your eraser tool to clean up

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
