Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Diabla" by Pandora Creations and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Diablita Traviesa" by Disturbed Scraps and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "6-44" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Jelly Delicious Cake" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 8 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.79 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Use your selection tool to select the bottom with the feather setting to38

Delete the selected area 2 times (It should look faded

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Place at the top right 

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 15

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.42 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.83 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
