Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Blessings" by  Di_Halim and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Blue Blessing" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "7-55" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Jellyka Delicious Cake" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

Apply mask as desired

Paste Elem.101 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at the bottom left behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left under everything except the mask layer

Duplicate

Move to the far right

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Send under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right under the pitch fork

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right under everything

Paste Elem.106 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
