  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Nura" by Toriya which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Pretty Collab" by BiBi and Joan and can be purchased HERE 

(I chose to use BiBi's portion of the colab)

  Font used is called "Simply Glamerous" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Elem.101 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.116 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the botttom right

Paste Elem.133 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the botttom under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Place at the botttom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the botttom left

Paste Elem.107 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the botttom under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.119 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.150 as a new layer

Place at the botttom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
