  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Babe" by Vi_Nina which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Babe" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Circus Ornate" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.34 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the bottom right

Paste Elem.25 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Image, Mirorr

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.89 as a new layer

Place to the left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Elem.109 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom of the tubed image

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right under dog layer

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Image, Free Rotate Right 35

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right under boom box layer

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Place at the left side above the car

Paste Elem.126 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the right side

Paste Elem.130 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
