  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Brigitta" by Vi Nina and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Taxi" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Angilla Tattoo Personal" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Taxi as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place to the right under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom

Use your eraser tool to remove excess as needed

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Place at the top

Send under everything

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the left under the scatter element

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
