Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Steampunk Warrior" by The Hunter and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Steampunk Warrior" by Joan and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Gothic Love Letters" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.34 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Select the inside of the frame with your freehand selection tool set to point to point

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 3 as a new layer

Send under frame layer

Resize 56%

While stil selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Send under frame layer

Resize as needed

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and image layer

Selections, Select None

In your layer palette set the image layer to luminance legacy

Paste your tubed image layer as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 125%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the right side under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 26%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Image, Mirror

Place to the left side

Send under everything

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Place at the left under hat and spider layers

Paste Elem.74 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
