  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Smile" by Andy Cooper and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Sweetheart" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "6-42" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Easy Rider" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 7 as a new layer

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 27%

Place at the top center of left circle frame

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Right 15

Resize 84%

Place behind the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 39%

Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 13%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
