Lady Luck


Supplies:

  PSP XII
  PTU tube used is called "Lucky" by Alicia Mujica and can be purchased HERE 
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Ireland Babe" by Disturbed Scraps and can be found HERE 
  Font used is called "Angilla Tattoo Personal" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.105 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Move to the left
Duplicate
Image Mirror
Use your eraser tool to remove the piece that shows in the center
X out the white background
Merge the frames
Un X the white background
Hold the shift key down and tick the inside of both frames with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 6
Paste Papaer 11 as a new layer
Move under the frame layer
Resize 62%
While still selected paste Elem.102 as a new layer
Place under the frame layer
Resize 93%
Move down slightly
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper layer and city scene layer
Selections, Select None
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place in the center
Paste Elem.98 as a new layer
Resize 81%
Place to the left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Image, Flip
Paste Elem.85 as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Resize 62%
Image, Flip
Place at the bottom under tubed image layer
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.27 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Image, Free rotate, Right 10
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste Elem.82 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.59 as a new layer
Resize 39%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.50 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the top left of the frame
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom left under skateboard layer
Paste Elem.96 as a new layer
Place at the top of the frame
Send under everything
Paste Elem.32 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the bottom right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
