Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Rossy" by Vi Nina (Nina Verbanck) and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Rossi" by Joan and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "8-80" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Silent reaction" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 2 as a new layer

Apply mask of choice 

Paste Elem.142 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Tick the inside of the Silver frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Send under both frame layers

While still selected

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Duplicate tubed image

Send one under the frame layers

Selections, Invert, Delete paper and bottom tube layers

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to remove the bottom of the top tubed image so she appears to come through the frame

Paste Elem.147 as a new layer

Resize 32%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 35%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.6 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.131 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.130 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.133 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom 

Paste Elem.135 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
