Ready Set Go!!!!

Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Racing Stripes" by The Hunter and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Hot Race" by PO-Concepts and can be purchased HERE

  Font used is called "Most Wanted" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand while holding down the shift key

Selections, Modify, Expand 5

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

Resize 55%

Send under frame layer

While still selected paste a large facial part of your tubed image as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

In your layer palette lower the opasity of the face to 88

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.56 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Send under everything

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.49 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom center under other elements but over the frame

(I colorized this element to make it more red)

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
