Mrs Happy New Years


Supplies:

  PSP XII
  PTU tube used is called "Miss New Year" by Danny Lee and can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Miss New Year" by Joan and can be purchased HERE
  Font used is called "PW Happy New Year" A FTU Font
  
  
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white 
Paste Elem.77 as a new layer
Resize 93%
Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand while holding the shift key down
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste Paper 3 as a new layer
Move under frame layer 
While still selected paste Elem.13 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Selections, Invert, Delete both layers
Selections, Select None 
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the right of the frame 
Paste Elem.67 as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste Elem.18 as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste Elem.8 as a new layer
Resize 38%
Image, Mirror
Place at the top left corner of the frame
Paste Elem.10 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.24 as a new layer
Resize 14%
Place in the center of the ribbon
Paste Elem.25 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Place at the left
Paste Elem.63 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.80 as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom of the frame under all other elements
Paste Elem.58 as a new layer
Resize 38%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.23 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom center under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.11 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the left 
Apply a drop shadow of choice
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
