Supplies:

  PSP XII
  PTU tube used is called "Cat" by Danny Lee and can also purchase it HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Cute Little Cat" by Dran Designs and can be purchased HERE
  Font used is called "Most Wanted" A FTU Font
  
  

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white 
Paste Elem.3 as a new layer
Resize 55%
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 3
Paste Paper 5 as a new layer
Move to the right where you can see the words on the paper
Move the paper under the frame layer
While still selected paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Duplicate
Bring one pn top of the frame
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and bottom tubed image layer
Selections, Select None
Bring the top tubed layer above the frame
Use your eraser tool as needed to make your tubed image come through the frame
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Resize 76%
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.42 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Place in the center of the bow
Paste Elem.13 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.28 as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom
Use your eraser tool to remove the excess chains
Paste Elem.47 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.9 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom right on top of shoes
Paste Elem.4 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
