  PTU tube used is called "Jingle Bells" by Alex Prihodko and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is "Kailee" by Black Widow Creations and and can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is "Mask 3" by Dee from her Winter Collection and can be found HERE

  Font Used is Centuria Script Demo (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Apply your mask

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 65%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Tick the inside of the large circle with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 7

Paste Paper 2 as a new layer

Send under frame layer

While still selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the bottom left

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the top right

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Resize 56%

Place as desired

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom right under ribbon layer

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right 

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right above the other present layer

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate 2 x's

Move to the right

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place on the tree

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
