Fancy Dress

Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Fancy Dress" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Fancy Dress" By DN Scraps which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "A Charming Font" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Glitters Frame as a new layer

Resize 56%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 30

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the center

Paste Stars as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the left under the tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Carpet as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Hearts as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Heart Frame as a new layer

Resize 74%

Send under everything

Paste Violin as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Actions 2 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Birds as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom right

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Use your eraser tool to remove the excess

Paste Glass as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
