Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Sensual" By soul Designer which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Sensual" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "6-45" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.96 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image

Paste Elem.42 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Place at the bottom right over the tubed image

Duplicate

Move to the left

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Duplicate

Placet at the bottom center

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Send under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom of the tubed image under the flowers 

Paste Elem.100 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Elem.73 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 13

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.88 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the bottom left behind the candles

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left by the dog

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left under the dog

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left under the candles

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at th ebottom left under other elements

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
