Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Oceane" By Chris Pastel which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Oceane" By Whisper In The Wind which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "Haunted-2" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Farewell Eternity" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 11 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the left

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place behind the tubed images head

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom 

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left 

Send under the tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Image, Free rotate, left 9

Place at the bottom left

Place at the bottom middle behind tubed image

Place at the top

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
