Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Bear 2" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Beary Blue" By Chili Designz which can be purchased HERE

  Mask use is Mask "38-2" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Brother Tattoo" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 2 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the center

Paste Wire 2 as a new layer

Resize 84%

Place under the frame

Paste Scribbles as a new layer

Resize 89%

Place under the frame to the right

Paste Trunk as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste Bear 2 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Moon as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the top left

Paste Candle as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Jewel 4 as a new layer

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image

Paste Butterfly as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top left

Paste Flair 3 as a new layer

Place at the right side under the tubed image

Paste Hearts as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the trunk

Paste Flower 3 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left under the candle

Paste Sparkle as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
