Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Little Blue Mermaid by Tori Beveridge which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Golden Beach" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Champignion" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Place at the top right corner

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the center

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 74%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 61%

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Lower the opasity in the layer palette as desired

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom left

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.33 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 53%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Place at the top of the castles

Send under everything

Duplicate

Mirror

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 44%

Image, Free Rotate Left 20

Place at the bottom under the tubed image

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
