Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Gothic SteamPunk" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Gothic SteamPunk" By Devilish Dezines which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "14-4" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Brother Tattoo" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place to the left

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place under the tubed image

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Send under the frame

Resize 41%

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom right under the skulls

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Resize 21%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.44 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top right

Send under everything except the mask layer

Duplicate

Move to the left

Eraser portions in the clock with your eraser tool

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom left behind the phone

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
