I Believe

Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "I Believe In Fairy" By Danny Kujika which can be purchased HERE 

 PTU scrap kit used is called "Butterflies" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Feathery Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.89 as a new layer

Resize 92%

Duplicate

Move one down

Use your selection tool set feather to 46

Select the center of the top element

Hit delete 2 times it should look blended if not repeat in the areas that need blending

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed 

Place in the center

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Place under the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.91 as a new layer

Move to the bottom

Send under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.90 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.92 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Image, Mirror

Place at the right under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.42 as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place at the bottom right by the tree

Duplicate

Resize 97%

Move to the left

Paste Elem.100 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.60 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
