  PTU Tube used is called "Jenny" By Swan Scraps which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Lisa" By Amy Marie which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Silent Reaction" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.87 as a new layer

Place at the top left

Apply a light gradient glow of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

Place at the bottom of the heart under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.58 as a new layer

Resize 113%

Place to the right under everything

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left of the city

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.103 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.70 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.80 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Place at the left on the sign

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
