Polka Diva


Supplies: 

  PSP XII
  PTU Tube used is called "Elegant Polka" By Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE
  PTU scrap kit used is called "Elegant Polka" By Whisper In The Wind which can be purchased HERE
  Font used is "Jellyka Delicious Cake" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)
  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Paste Elem.55 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place at the left
Paste Elem.13 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place behind the tubed image layer
Paste Elem.52 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place behind the tubed image layer
Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 2 as a new layer
Send under the frame
While still selected paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer
Send under the frame layer
Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and face layer
Selections, Select None
In your layer palette change the face image to Luminance Legacy
Paste Elem.12 as a new layer
Resize 27%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.16 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the bottom center
Paste Elem.15 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer
Paste Elem.18 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom center under the clock layer
Paste Elem.38 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom left behind the red and white flowers
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.70 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 22
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.75 as a new layer
Resize 46%
Place at the right under the picture
Paste Elem.189 as a new layer
Resize 8%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.103 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
