Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Little Angel" By Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Little Angel" By Schnegge which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "WSL 32" by Wee Scott Lass and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 8 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

In your layer palette lower the opasity of the mask layer to 49

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Send under the tubed image to the right

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Send under everything

Paste Elem.33 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 30

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the top right

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Place at the middle left

Paste Elem.50 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Place at the top right

Send unde everything

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
