Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Zooey" By Zlata which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Valerie" By Mellie Beans which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "6-42" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Petronella Regular" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.8 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste Your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize to fit your tubed image

Place behind the image so she appears to have the wings attached

Paste Elem.62 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Placce to the right and under your tubed image layer

Paste Elem.69 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 107

Placce at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.46 as a new layer

Image, Mirror

Place to the left

Resize 76%

Place under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 26%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 10

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Image, Flip

Place at the bottom

Send under the mask layer

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place on top of the word love

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom right under the mirror layer

Paste Elem.68 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
