Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Beautiful Strawberry" By Arthur Crowe which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "ScrapMonti_IB-AnnaLiwanag-46-3" By Monti which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "6-42" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Oz Wizard" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 1 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom right behind the Mushroom House

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top left

Paste Elem.86 as a new layer

Place at the bottom under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.96 as a new layer

Resize 97%

Place at the bottom under everything

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left behind the watering can

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Word Art as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
