Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Dark Angel" By The Hunter which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Dark Angel" By BiBi which can be purchased HERE  

  Mask used is mask "8-88" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Danzin" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 10 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.83 as a new layer

Resize 29%

Place to the right

Paste Your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.93 as a new layer

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Paste Elem.103 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the left under the bushy element

Paste Elem.85 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.106 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left under bushy element

In your layer palette lower the opasity to 49

Paste Elem.89 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.102 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom left under the cat layer

Paste Elem.114 as a new layer

Use eraser tool to clean up

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
