Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Best Girl" by Zlata and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Winter Magic" by Amy Marie and can be purchased HERE  

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Paste Elem.121 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Tick the inside of the window panels with your magic wand while holding down the shift key

Paste Paper 10 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Send under the window layer

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Paste Elem.132 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom of the window 

Use your eraser tool to clean up

Paste Elem.131 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom of the window

Use your eraser tool to clean up

Paste Elem.82 as a new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom left

Send under the Xmas balls

Use your eraser tool to clean up

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Place at the right side

Send under everything

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom of the tubed image

Paste Elem.102 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.125 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom by the bear

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
