Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Fairy Green" by Andy Cooper which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Green FairyTale" by BiBi and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Fairy Dust" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Elem.10 as a new layer

Resize 79%

Place at the left over the grass in element 47

Use your eraser tool to remove the grass stem

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.61 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top left

Send under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the top left

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.44 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom right

Duplicate

Move to the left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Image, Mirror

Place at the bottom right under bird image

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the top right

Send under everything

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Resize 29%

Place on top of the handle of the wagon

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the left under everything except the grass layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
