Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Cartoon Anna" by Sweet PinUps and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Cupcake Delite" by BLT DeZignZ and can be purchased HERE 

  Font used is called "Jellyka Cutty Cupcake" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Frame 3 as a new layer

Resize 48%

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Embellie as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place to the left side

Paste Swirl as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Gift as a new layer

Resize 8%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Butterfly as a new layer

Resize 6%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 23

Place at the top left

Paste Cookies as a new layer

Resize 7%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Cupcake as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Cupcake 4 as a new layer

Resize 5%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Dog as a new layer

Resize 7%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
