Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Lady Vegas" by Danny Lee and can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Lady Vegas" by Joan and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "7-52" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Poker Style" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Pate Paper2 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.76 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place towards the top

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.75 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the bottom center under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.48 as a new layer

Send under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.30 as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place on the table to the right

Paste Elem.2 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place on the table in the center

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Image, Flip

Place on the table in the center

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 12%

Place at the left

Duplicate

Move to the center edge of the table

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 12%

Place at the left

Duplicate

Move to the left edge of the table

Paste Elem.9 as a new layer

Resize 11%

Place at the right

Duplicate

Image, Flip

Place next to the other die

Paste Elem.53 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place to the left of the sign

Paste Elem.54 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
