Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Kemirock" By Pandora-Creations and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Dark Christmas" By ChaChaz Creationz and can be purchased HERE

  Font Used is Frosting For Breakfast (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 3

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

While still selected paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Selections, Invert, Delete both layer

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the left

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Image, Mirror

Image, Flip

Arrange to the right

Send under Elem.41 layer

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at top center of frame under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the top right

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Place to the far left

Send under everything

Use your eraser tool to remove the star

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.56 as a new layer

Place to the left

Send under tubed image layer

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place at the bottom center

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
