Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Natalie" By Very Many and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Midnight Desire" By MizTeeques and can be purchased HERE

  Font Used is Cardinal (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste Cluster 2 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Paste Elem.20 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top right

Send under the frame layer

Adjust

Huge and Saturation

Set to 0 on both sides

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Tick the inside of both frames with your magic wand while holding the shift key down

Seletions, Modify, Expand 10

Paste Paper 11 as a new layer

Resize 68%

While still selected paste your tubed images face as a new layer in both frames

Selections, Invert, Delete paper and image layers

Selections, Select None

Make sure these layers are under the frame layer

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right of the frame

Paste Elem.35 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
