Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Ali" By Victoria Fox which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Mad Crazy" By Toxic Dezires which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "7-68" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "WaterPark" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 6 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Frame 1 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand 

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Duplicate the tubed image

Send one under the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete 

Selections, Select None

Use the eraser tool to make the tubed image appear to come through the frame

Paste Flower Scatter as a new layer

Resize 90%

Send under everything

Paste Ches Cat as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Cake as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom

Paste Crown as a new layer

Resize 25%

Image, Free Rotate, Right 12

Place at top right

Paste Wordart 1 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 12

Place at the top left

Paste Stacked Cups as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Tea Pot as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Cuppy as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Flower 1 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left under stacked cups

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background

Use any text of choice and write anything you desire on the drum set ( I used MC Sweety Hearts which is a FTU font)

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.57 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image layer

Move one image under everything

On the top image use your eraser tool to get the final look as in the final tag
