  Mask use is Mask "10-3" by Rachel and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Fancy Pens" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 2 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the bottom center

Paste Elem.19 as a new layer

Place at the top

Paste Elem.18 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Place at the top under the ribbons

Use your eraser tool to remove excess on ends

Paste Elem.33 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right by the tubed images hand

Duplicate

Send under the tubed image

Use your eraser tool on top image to make it look like her hand in on the drink

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the left

Paste Elem.24 as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.02 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Elem.34 as a new layer

Place at the right under the tubed image

Paste Elem.29 as a new layer

Place at the bottom of the tubed image

Paste Elem.11 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 11 as a new layer

Send under the frame layer

While still selected paste a mirrored version of the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Send under the frame

Duplicate

Place one on top of the frame

Selections, Invert, Delete the paper and bottom tubed image layer

Use your eraser tool on the top image to make her appear to come through the frame

X out all other layers

Merge the frame and face layers

Un X everything else

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Paste Elem.40 as a new layer

Place under the tubed image layer

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Duplicate

Place one at the bottom

Use your eraser tool to remove the middle star

Image, Mirror the other

Resize the other 51%

Place at the bottom

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the top

Send under the masked layer

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.37 as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
