Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Skirt Attitude" By Ismael Rac which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU Scrap Kit used is called "Lady Sweets" By Mysterfeerie Creation which can be purchased HERE

  Mask used is Mask "7-61" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is "Licorice Strings BRK" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 16 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.64 as a new layer

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.126 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Send under the tubed image

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Place at the bottom left under the tubed image

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.89 as a new layer

Send under the grass layers and a the bottom

Use your eraser tool to clean up excess clouds under the grass

Paste Elem.104 as a new layer

Resize 76%

Place at the bottom left under the grass layer

Paste Elem.28 as a new layer

Resize 54%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.52 as a new layer

Send under everything except the mask layer

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.21 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.45 as a new layer

Resize 18%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.65 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom left under the other elements

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.41 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
