  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Sofia" by Alex Prihodko and can purchase it HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "A Beautiful Morning" by Becky's Creations and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "7-65" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Font used is called "Jennifer Lynn Bold" FTU

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white 

Paste texture 1 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Apply your mask of choice

Duplicate Mask layer

Paste Frame 1 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 5

Paste Textured 1 as a new layer

Send under frame layer

Resize 31%

While still selected past a large facial version of your tubed image as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

In the layer palette change the setting to Lunminance Legacy

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the bottom

Paste Bow 5 as a new layer

Resize 10

Image, Mirror

Place at the top left of the frame

Paste Buttom Flower 2 as a new layer

Resize 5%

Place in the center of the bow

Paste Flower 2 as a new layer

Resize 7%

Place at the bottom right under tubed image layer

Paste Coffee Mug as anew layer

Resize 12%

Place at bottom left

Paste Muffin as a new layer

Resize 3%

Place on the saucer with coffee cup

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background

Resize 51%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand 

Selections, Modify, Expand 5

Paste Paper 5 as a new layer

While still selected 

Your tubed image as a new layer

Send under frame layer

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Paste Love Birds as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Apply a drop shadow of choice

Paste Love Stamp as a new layer

Resize 17%

Place at the bottom right under the birds

Paste the Lock as a new layer

Resize 14%

Place at the bottom left

Image, Free Rotate, Left 15

Paste the Key as a new layer

Resize 11%

Place at the bottom left

Image, Free Rotate, Left 90

Paste Love Letter as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom left under the lock and key layer

Paste Heart String as a new layer

Place at the left side

Use your eraser tool to remove the top 2 pieces

Paste Brad 3 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the top of the heart string

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background

Place in the center of the bow

Place at the top right under everything except mask layer

Paste the Sun as a new layer

Resize 24%

Place over the cloud layer

Paste String Hearts as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Jar of Hearts as a new layer

Place at the bottom left

Paste Baloons as a new layer
